Scenarium AI is building the next-generation CAD engine for the construction industry, fully automating design outputs across all disciplines. By compressing planning timelines from months into hours, Scenarium unifies MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and structural engineering as well as architectural design into a single automated workflow. Its proprietary engine digitizes the implicit knowledge trapped in planners' heads, building a dynamic knowledge graph of how building components fit together. Founder Katja Elkhanova witnessed archaic design software firsthand while growing up around her father’s engineering firm. Decades passed; software ate the world, but construction planning has not changed an inch. Prior to founding Scenarium AI, Katja was the first management hire at Cosuno - a ConTech platform digitizing subcontractor management - where she led demand generation and enterprise sales through its hyperscaling phase from Seed to Series B.
